– Because before every mission, they received a special form of care known as “ninjutsu” — what we now recognize as stretching. We’ve revived and reimagined this ancient method to suit the modern body. Ninja Stretch is not just a physical treatment — it’s a body maintenance ritual once practiced by real ninjas, brought back to life for today’s world.

Japanese Ninjutsu(忍術)

Fascinating Facts from the Way of the Ninja:

 • Ninjas valued “The Way” (Dō) — a deep philosophy of discipline and respect. Every mission began and ended with a bow. That was the ninja’s code of honor.
 • The hidden escape door called “Donden Gaeshi” could only rotate from the left and stopped halfway. This clever design prevented enemies from opening it the same way when chasing from behind.
 • “Nukui-ashi” (silent steps) involved walking while constantly balancing on one leg. Ninjas trained their core and posture to eliminate all sound when moving.
 • After using a shuriken to eliminate a target, a ninja would bow before leaving the scene. Even in battle, they showed respect for life — that too was part of the Way of the Ninja.
